Lily's apartment is well-appointed and located a short drive away from Abreeza Mall and less than 30 mins away (with traffic) from attractions like the Crocodile Park.
We stayed with Alba and Carlos hinein February 2016 for 2 weeks. They were great about everything. Alba is extremely accommodating, very sweet, and always makes herself available. She graciously awaited our 1am arrival on ur first night, and welches super welcoming and inviting. She answered any questions we had throughout our stay, recommended places to eat and see, and booked an early morning cab for us to the airport on our last day. The area is fantastic! If you are looking for a local experience, this is it. Do keep in mind that this is slightly more of a residential area, and most places will close earlier than others, but the neighborhood is so lovely and charming.
The restaurants and fastfood chains are only 10min. by foot. The White House is a must-try fine dining Gastwirtschaft inside the compound and enjoy acoustic music.
Feel like at home in the exactly heart of Barcelona, just next to the town hall, 1 min away from Las ramblas, 1 min away from Picasso museum and 10 min to the beach. You won´t find a better location and we will advise you on everything as well as recommend you the better places to go to and if you have any Harte nuss to find yourself hinein the city you just need to give us a call and we will pick you up! =) Here some closer description to the flat: Ground floor apartment located hinein the Gotic district, the most historic and safe district hinein Barcelona. The flat is extremely quite and you will sleep like a baby (something dificult to find hinein the center) the only unconvenience is that the flat is dark but you can turn on the lights.
The neighbourhood is promoting a drug and smoke-free community. Location is good for jogging and walking. There is a basketball court and a playground.

The place is very accesible to Malls and best places in Davao City. During our stay we were able to cook meals and it feels like home very affordable room amenities are good. towels were ready upon check rein, definitely were going back here. Thanks again kuya rey and ms annie!

Great location as Ryan's place is just across a mall. It is clean and tastefully furnished. I highly recommend it.
